Make sure that the HX Edit and Firmware on your Helix Device are fully updated. If they aren’t, you might experience issues when importing profiles and presets.

At Iconic Tones™, we make sure to use the ideal guitars for every artist and band we profile. Each tone is rigorously tested hundreds of times to deliver the best possible performance across all configurations. However, if you’re trying to capture some sound using a different type pickups from the original used, it’s clear you won’t achieve the same punch as you would.
